. It’s Monday! What Are You Reading, hosted by Sheila at Book Journey, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
Still reading Jane Eyre , The Gateway: Discover the Power to Create an Outrageously Prosperous and Happy Life by Robert Sidell, Girls Like Us: Fighting for a World Where Girls Are Not for Sale, an Activist Finds Her Calling and Heals Herself
by Rachel Lloyd, and Skintervention: The Personalized Solution for Healthier, Younger, and Flawless-Looking Skin
by Scott-Vincent Borba.
I finished How Shakespeare Changed Everything by Stephen Marche & The Bum Magnet by K. L Brady.
I have to admit the plan wasn’t to read The Bum Magnet. It came in the mail and I forgot I won it at another book blog. But what had happened was…LOL! I started reading the first lines and well…let’s just say I’m done with it already.
I vow to do better this week. Pinky swear.
I didn’t post any reviews last week so check for them mid-week. I’ll be preparing some dishes to accompany two of my reviews… Mmmmmm good!
Have a great week and what are you reading?
While you’re here be sure to sign up for our book hop, Showers 2 Flowers, to welcome the new season!

I’m reading “How to Get Out of Your Own Way” by Tyrese Gibson, “As I Lay Dying” by William Faulkner, and “Stone Cold Surrender” by Brenda Jackson. I’m reading so many different things at once. It keeps me from getting bored to death.
You’re getting your read on too! I want to read Tyrese book too!
I’m going to have to get a tumblr page so I can comment on your posts. LOL! I’m lol @ the Boondocks post girl.
Oh man, it submitted before I was ready. Anyhow, how are you liking Girls Like Us? It looks interesting.
The few pages I read were good. Thanks for stopping by.
I can only read one book at a time so I envy you there. I just need to read faster or stop sleeping.

I read slow myself. LOL!
Wow, the books you are reading all have very long titles. Hope the books are not too long-winded!
Have a great week.
I am excited to dig into Girls Like Us. Have a super week 🙂
Thanks for stopping by! You too!
I’d say you had a great week. Jane Eyre is my most favorite classic and I hope to reread it this summer, when I have time. Hope you have a great week.
Thanks and I hope you enjoyed your week.
I loved Jane Eyre! I read it for the goodreads challenge, I hope you get to finish it soon 🙂
My Monday post
I’m working on it. Thanks for stopping by.
Wow, that’s quite a big list of books you are reading just now. Every so often I read several books at once but find a few get left behind. Jane Eyre is one of my favourites. Read it a couple of times although has been years since I have given it a reread.
Thanks for stopping by. I usually start reading a few and the one that gets really good gets precedence.
I will definitely check back mid-week for your reviews. Have a wonderful week reading. My Monday: http://www.rundpinne.com/2011/04/its-monday-what-are-you-reading-35.html
Thanks for stopping by. I’m behind on reviews so I’ll have to get them up next week.
How do you like Jane Eyre? I recently read it myself (can’t believe I never actually read it before now), and it just proves that some books are classic because they totally deserve to be!
So far I’m liking it. Another book blogger and I are reading it together.
Thanks for stopping by!
